Artificial smoke flavoring is used in food or beverage products and is manufactured using synthetic chemical flavoring raw materials to achieve a “smoke flavor”.

 

Exception: “Natural Smoke Flavor” created using flavoring raw materials that come from a natural source is considered clean label.
