Also known as: Hydrogenated Oil, Hydrogenated TallowPartially Hydrogenated Fats are oils that have been treated via hydrogenation to prevent spoilage. Through hydrogenation, oils are converted to a near solid substance that is high in trans fat. They are found in large amounts of packaged food products and used often in fast food chains.
