Saccharin

Saccharin is an artificial sweetener. It has a chemical formula of C7H5NO3S. It is used as a noncaloric sweetener combined with other sweeteners, as an alternative for sugar. It has been scrutinized by the FDA since its creation in the early 1900’s.
